What the
Warranty Cover
Haven Shades provides a two-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase to the original purchaser. If your blind is found defective during this period, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
Manufacturing defects
Faults in materials or workmanship under normal use and conditions.
Mechanism failure
Defective rollers, brackets, or chain components covered under normal operation.
Fabric integrity
Premature unraveling, delamination, or coating failure on blackout fabric.
Free repair or replacement
At Haven Shades' discretion, defective parts or the full product replaced.
02 - Exclusions
What it
Cover doesn't
The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It excludes incidental, indirect, or consequential damages and any labor for removal, installation, or reinstallation.
Damage from misuse, neglect, improper installation, or alterations..
Damage from external factors — heat, solvents, or physical impact.
Normal wear and tear over time.
Damages incurred during shipment or installation.
Labor costs for removal, reinstallation, or third-party service.
Any product not purchased directly by the original owner.

Gather details
Locate your proof of purchase — original receipt or invoice — and write a short description of the defect.

Send everything (with photos or video, if possible) to support@havenshades.com. We’ll confirm within one business day.
STEP 03
Repair or replace
Once verified, we’ll dispatch replacement parts or a new product per the warranty terms. Simple as that.
